The European Network for Women in Leadership runs activities that promote women in their professional lives and that offer the opportunity to meet other women sharing similar interests.
Events
WIL holds two biannual meetings with high-level European political and business elites and opinion leaders as guest speakers. These meetings are a great opportunity for our members to meet, exchange ideas and find other European colleagues with similar interests.
WIL also holds focused events intended for the members based in the respective region, but open to any member wishing to make the trip.
The Women Talent Pool Program
WiL's leadership program provides support from highly successful women to their younger counterparts all across Europe who wish to develop, enhance and improve their leadership skills. The Role Models are members of our network who are committed to help other women step up in leadership positions.

Newsletter
Our newsletter issues every 6 weeks with the aim to promote our members’ achievements and activities as well as inform on issues of common interest.

WIL study on women in leadership
WiL is currently running a study on women in top management positions from European private and public entities.
The aim is to identify the current pipeline of women prepared to step up to no. 1 positions within a horizon of the next 10 years. The study will also draw recommendations on adjusting to these new positions - as will doubtless be necessary - and push the requisite measures so as to ensure an acceptable gender balance -- i.e., a breakthrough compared to today’s situation.
