The WIL (European Network for Women In Leadership) website is designed to serve the WIL mandate by offering top level executive women a platform to network in order to open their horizons, to get support and to identify opportunities and ideas that are not available in their social and professional environment.
The website is designed with 2 audiences in mind: the general public and the members.
For the general public (and members), the website contains information to promote gender equality and the advancement of women in Europe.
For the members, the website is a networking and social communication tool.
The members' exclusive features fully support the main goal of the WIL website: networking with other Women in Leadership and facilitating communication between members. This in effect makes the WIL website an ideal platform for members to meet, exchange ideas and best practices.
The members' exclusive networking and communication features include:
