"My Home": Member Navigation Bar:
The Member navigation provides direct access to the member profile, the members’ directory.

Access to Skype video-conferencing:
The members directory includes Skype shortcuts which allow you to initiate a Skype video-conferencing call directly from within the WIL website. The Skype indicator in the member profile also shows the status of the member in Skype (online, busy, offline, …).
