The candidates for the Women Talent Pool Program, (both in Role Model and Emerging Leader positions) can be nominated by anyone. Self-nominations are welcome. Candidates will consequently be invited to submit an application comprising a motivational letter for joining the program and a detailed résumé. Completed applications are then evaluated by a selected panel of the WiL board members and Role Models involved in the program. Each newly chosen Role Model or Emerging Leader will be announced to all the Women Talent Pool Program participants within a month of their application.
As a reflection of our belief in a strong Europe, we aim to build a multicultural movement of emerging leaders capable of harvesting and taking to the next level the knowledge, charisma and experience generously shared by role models while being introduced to the learning opportunities offered by the program. The program is open to women who have recently entered leadership positions or have a high potential for leadership. The Women Talent Pool Program is designed for participants who wish to develop, enhance and improve their leadership skills.
