Marketing & Strategy Director
Ariane Gorin has broad international experience in sales, marketing and strategy, having worked in the United States, in an EMEA headquarter and in a French subsidiary. She is currently the Director of the Office Product Division for Microsoft France. In this role, she is responsible for the strategy and marketing of Microsoft’s $800+ million product portfolio of Microsoft’s productivity, communications and collaboration solutions. This includes Office as well as the recently launched Office 365 cloud productivity solution.
Ariane joined Microsoft in January 2003. She spent four years in the EMEA headquarters, responsible for developing and implementing Strategic Initiatives across Microsoft’s Services division and then for business and strategy management for Microsoft Western Europe. In 2007 Ariane joined Microsoft France, where she ran the small and midmarket business customer marketing team. Prior to her current role, Ariane was Director for Distribution and Midmarket sales.
Before joining Microsoft Ariane worked for the Boston Consulting Group, both in San Francisco and in Paris. Her focus at BCG was on technology, financial services and retail. Ariane received an MBA in finance, marketing and strategy from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, and has her BA in economics from the University of California at Berkeley.
Ariane lives in Paris with her husband and two children.
